Mehmet KARACA was born in Diyarbakır Ergani district in 1984. Karaca, who graduated from Diyarbakır Dicle University Science and Technology Teaching Department, was appointed to Istanbul European Side PTT Chief Directorate after teaching in Diyarbakır for 2 years. Karaca, who has been working in Istanbul for 6 years, asked a tourist to take his photograph in Gülhane Park in 2010 and when he saw that the tourist took a very good photo with a very nice angle, he became interested in photography. Karaca, who came to Diyarbakır by appointment in 2015, completed the 3-month Photography training given free of charge by Photography Instructor Mehmet KILIÇOĞLU in Yenişehir Public Education Center in 2019. After the training, he became a member of Fotono21 Photography Association. During this period, Karaca took more active photographs and participated in the trips and exhibitions organized by the Association. Karaca Photono21 Photography Association still lives in Diyarbakır and continues his duty as Travel Officer.
