Helin Paçal was born on February 26, 1993 in Diyarbakır. After completing her university education in 2012, she was looking for a job for a long time, and on the other hand she was looking for a course to reinforce her interest in photography. While she was in search of this, she enrolled in a basic photography course at Diyarbakır Yenişehir Public Education Center. Her enthusiasm and curiosity for photography was reinforced by this course. She then met the Fotono21 family with the support of Mehmet Kılıçoğlu. It is a proud feeling to be among the founding members of Fotono21.

She participated in a presentation, conversation and exhibition on March 8, International Women's Day, which they held for 3 years.She participated in the Diyarbakır Photography exhibition, Diyarbakır (Zerzevan Castle) exhibition, (Ankara, Trabzon ...) Diyarbakır Promotion Days organized in the cities of Turkey.
