Hakan Tokuç, who has a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Organization, retired from the Turkish Armed Forces in 2012 and graduated from the Faculty of Open Education, Photography and Camera Operation Program in 2015 with a "High Honor" certificate.

The photographer who has the "State Achievement Award" of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the FOTOGEN "Şinasi Barutçu Cup" holds the International Photography Art Federation (FIAP) EFIAP title and the Global Photographic Union (GPU) GPU-CR2 title.

In order to represent and promote our country and Turkish photography, he participated in photography festivals abroad and received international and national awards. He took part in many composite photography exhibitions and opened his personal exhibition named "Sezer's Diary" with Leyla Emektar.

He served as "National and International Competitions Unit Manager" in the Board of Directors of the Turkish Federation of Photography Art (TFSF) between 2015 and 2017. He is a member of EFOD, FOTOGEN, TEFSAD and TEFOD.
