Ertuğrul BAŞTAN was born in 1989 in Tonya.

He is a graduate of Karadeniz Technical University BMYO Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Eskişehir Atatürk University (AÖF) Public Administration and Erzurum Atatürk University (AÖF) Photography and Cameraman Departments.

He became interested in the Art of Photography in 2010 during his university years. First, he started shooting with film cameras in line with the possibilities of that period. Later, in 2012, I took the first step into street photography and started to work as an intern at Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Legal Service for university internship. During his internship, the fact that the Service Chief was also a bird photographer increased his interest in this field even more and he started his photography art with "Bird Photography" by purchasing the first digital camera. After shooting sixteen bird species, he turned to the field of "Street Photography". His interest in the art of photography continues to increase day by day. Hoping to be among the pioneers in this field, it continues to improve itself by participating in International Competitions. 2012-2015 Trabzon Municipality and TRABEL Inc. Legal Service, acting as TEMPTATION Bureau Staff, 2016- Turkey Electricity Transmission Company 14th Regional Directorate of Technical Office Service Bureau continues to serve as Staff.
