He was born in 1981 in Kadıköy, Istanbul. He finished primary, secondary and high school in Istanbul. In 1999, he won Eskişehir Anadolu University Classical Archeology department and settled in Eskişehir. He started his master's degree at the university he graduated from in 2003 and completed his master's degree in 2006. He worked on Ancient Greek and Roman Coins and Ancient Economy as both an undergraduate and a master's thesis. Thanks to the photography course he took in his freshman year at the university, he acquired his first camera. He has been taking photographs for 21 years with his 7-year Eskisehir adventure.

Although his photographs were exhibited in many group exhibitions, he held his first solo exhibition in 2011 as a member of IFSAK's Young Photographers Festival. Although it has received successful degrees in many national and international photo contests, it was successfully awarded in the third round of the 27th Şinasi Barutçu Cup, organized by FOTOGEN, one of the long-established associations of our country, in 2015. In the same year, he obtained the AFIAP title given by FIAP. In 2017, he took place with his works in the book titled "From 1960 to Today in Our Photography" prepared by Prof. Dr Güler Ertan and Leyla Emektar.

Apart from the projects he has done, he mostly takes street photographs of his daily life and has been the president of ANAFOD Istanbul Anatolian Side Photography Art Association since 2018.
